WWE Main Roster Star Teases Title Match In NXT

A WWE main roster star seemingly has his eyes on challenging for top championships on the NXT brand.

Following his successful first defence of his NXT North American Championship over Dragon Lee at Vengeance Day, it seems as if Oba Femi may not have any shortage of stars lining up to challenge him in the near future.

Re-tweeting WWE NXT’s post regarding Oba Femi’s title defence, Monday Night Raw star Ivar would curiously respond with an emoji of a pair of eyes – seemingly indicating that he’s after a match with the Nigerian star.

However, it seems as if the Viking Raider’s attention is not merely on the North American Championship as Ivar would also do the exact same following WWE NXT’s post regarding Ilja Dragunov’s successful NXT Championship defence over Trick Williams.

It remains to be seen whether either of these challenges will be realised, however, with Ivar impressing in singles action for numerous months now, many would argue a title opportunity is maybe due.

Ivar’s tag team partner Erik has been out of action since September 2023, having undergone successful neck fusion surgery in November.
