Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ricochet has responded to a fan arguing that he needs to work on his promo skills.
Ricochet is considered by many to be one of the best high-flyers currently wrestling for WWE.
The One and Only has now taken to Twitter to argue that he needs to be given more of an opportunity to show fans what he can do on the mic.
The Raw star replied to a Twitter thread asking fans if they believe Ricochet will ever be a world champion.
Replying to a user who claimed that he needs a lot of work on the mic, Ricochet replied:
I think you mean “opportunity” on the mic.
This isn’t the first time Ricochet has shared his honest thoughts on his current creative direction, with the talent recently claiming that he ‘never wins’ when addressing Kairi Sane’s booking.
Ricochet hasn’t won a televised match since picking up a DQ victory over Shinsuke Nakamura on Raw in September.
The last time Ricochet actually pinned someone to score a clean victory on WWE TV was on the August 24 edition of WWE Main Event.
Ricochet hasn’t scored a clean victory on his home WWE Raw brand since defeating Shinsuke Nakamura on the June 26 show.
The high-flyer returned to the ring on December 2 after reportedly being placed on concussion protocol following his bout on the November 6 episode of Raw.
