Major WWE name Bruce Prichard has discussed having former TNA President Dixie Carter backstage at the November 27 edition of Raw.
The November 27 episode of WWE Raw emanated from Nashville, Tennessee, which was the original home base for TNA since its inception in 2002.
Former TNA President Dixie Carter stopped by the Raw taping to visit some friends backstage and posted pictures from the visit. She took photos with former TNA talent and staff, such as Cody Rhodes, Nick Aldis, Bruce Prichard and more in Nashville.
Speaking on Something to Wrestle, Prichard commented on having Dixie backstage. He said:
“I’ve always maintained and loved Dixie. I think she’s a wonderful person and we remain good friends to this day.”
“Reached out, thought it would great since we were going to be in Nashville to invite her to the show and say hello. It was terrific to see her and reconnect and say hello,”
The November 27 edition of WWE Raw also marked the first appearance for CM Punk on WWE programming since 2014.
