Two WWE names have taken part in the 2023 New York City Marathon, taking place on Sunday, November 5.
In two separate posts from WWE’s Twitter account the company announced that WWE Hall of Famer and current backstage producer Molly Holly was taking part in the marathon doing so to raise money for Connor’s Cure.
Connor’s Cure is the WWE led initiative in partnership with the V Foundation that helps fund cancer research.
As well as Holly, WWE also announced that Megan Morant, the host of WWE’s The Bump, was also running in New York.
Morant regularly runs marathons, as was highlighted when she appeared on Sheamus’ Celtic Warrior Workouts show on YouTube.
You can view both posts from WWE below.
Holly had previously announced that she would be taking part in this year’s race on the September 20 edition of Morant’s The Bump show.
It was also announced that top fundraisers for Connor’s Cure would be in with a chance to meet top WWE stars Cody Rhodes and Bianca Belair.
