An NXT star has seemingly confirmed that they are being called up to the main roster in the upcoming 2024 WWE Draft.
On tonight’s WWE NXT, the show opened with brand new NXT Women’s Champion, Roxanne Perez.
Perez revealed in the segment that she would be entering the 2024 WWE Draft and planned to take the NXT Women’s Championship with her to Raw or SmackDown.
While Perez was in the ring touting her big victory from Saturday at NXT Stand & Deliver, she was shortly joined by Lyra Valkyria.
With Valkyria’s shoulder still in a sling, she said that Perez would not be taking the NXT Women’s title with to the main roster.
Lyra would go on to want a rematch but then be attacked by Tatum Paxley, knocking her out of contention for a match tonight.
However, Roxanne Perez was then joined by WWE veteran Natalya who challenged her to a title match tonight and subsequently General Manager Ava who confirmed.
Roxanne Perez will put her NXT Women’s Championship on the line tonight against Natalya who noted that she had one WWE title missing from her list of accolades: the NXT Women’s Title.
The 2024 WWE Draft is set to begin on April 26 on SmackDown and continue April 29 on WWE Raw.
