WWE NXT Star Believed To Be Main Roster Bound Within Next Month

A WWE NXT star could be set for a main roster call-up within the next month following an impressive stint in the Royal Rumble match.

Along with fellow NXT stars Carmelo Hayes, Bron Breakker and Roxanne Perez, former WWE NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton had a strong showing in this year’s Royal Rumble.

Entering at number 29, Stratton showed off her athleticism and even played a pivotal role in the elimination of one of the match’s favorites Bianca Belair.

Despite only being in the match for just under seven minutes, it seems as if Stratton’s Rumble cameo was enough to convince some in the company that she’s ready for a permanent move to the main roster.

According to a new report from PWInsiderElite (via Wrestlingnews.co), Stratton’s Rumble performance was the subject of a lot of backstage chatter in WWE, leading to pitches for the 24-year-old to join the Raw roster.

While the call-up is not 100% confirmed as of yet, some within the company believe Stratton could make the move as early as next month.

It’s also important to note that Stratton’s real-life partner is WWE Raw star Ludwig Kaiser, perhaps further suggesting why Raw would be chosen by WWE instead of SmackDown.

Stratton has been competing in NXT since December 2021, winning the NXT Women’s Championship once for a reign of 107 days.
