WWE NXT Star Addresses Rumors Of Main Roster Draft Move WWE

The 2024 WWE Draft is approaching and Baron Corbin has become the focus of attention for a main roster move.

In a clip shared on social media that be seen below this news story, Corbin wasn’t just the focus of a brand move, but the focus of a fellow NXT star.

Presenting Baron Corbin with a fruit basket and signed photograph, Lexis King said he had heard the Wolf Dogs member was leaving NXT.

In response to the rumor of his move, Corbin said:

“Look man, I don’t know where you’ve heard that. I think what you’re hearing is that a lot of people out there are saying they hope I leave NXT”

Breakker has been called up to SmackDown, although has made a number of appearances in NXT since his blue brand debut in April 2024.

With the Wolf Dogs having lost the NXT Tag Team Championships to Nathan Frazer and Axiom and the WWE Draft coming, it was recently reported that Corbin could be making a main roster return.

King wasn’t convinced by Corbin’s suggestion that he’s not moving up, however, and had a prediction of his own, saying:

“Well, you know, maybe you were having second thoughts now that your buddy Bron is up on SmackDown living the high life.

“I mean, sheesh, it gotta be rough man.

“Anyways, you’ll probably just strap your wagon onto the next second-generation superstar that comes your way and he’ll probably be a bigger and better star.

“Tell you what, I accept… and, you’re welcome.”

Corbin didn’t spend much time considering the offer, noting that:

“That dude is a toolbag and there’s no way that beard is real.”

He did seem happy with the fruit basket and assorted gifts, however.
