WWE Raw Day 1 Features Immediate Presentation Change

To kick off WWE Raw ‘Day 1’, already a change to the way that the beginning of the telecast is presented on the first show of a new era.

Tonight’s WWE Raw began with the standard bumped and Raw opening however then as the camera panned the crowd, it was clear that there was already a change.

Wade Barrett and Michael Cole were standing in the ring holding microphones as they briefly ran down the card for the show into the microphones.

The live crowd actually hearing what the pair had to say in advance of the night’s action, Michael Cole also made an intriguing announcement.

Noting that an ‘internet rumor’ caused Triple H to respond and ‘set social media on fire’ over the weekend, Cole confirmed that a former WWE Champion would be making an appearance at WWE Day 1.
