A WWE Raw superstar says she requested to go to NXT to work with a specific name on the brand’s roster.
Along with Grayson Waller, Nattie has found new life in WWE on the NXT brand after making the move from Monday Night Raw over the Summer.
While she is still listed as a member of the Raw brand, ‘The Lowkey Legend’ has spent the past three months going back-and-forth with Jaida Parker, as well as the forming an alliance with Karmen Petrovic, Layla Diggs and WWE Evolve Women’s Champion Nikkita Lyons.
With Nattie and Parker set to settle the score – potentially once and for all – in a submission match at NXT Heatwave this Sunday, the veteran star appeared on Busted Open for her show ‘The Hart Beat’, where she hailed the talents of ‘Ms. Parker.’
Nattie said:
“A lot of things were accomplished tonight, and this is exactly why I asked Shawn Michaels to please (let me) come and work with Jaida Parker in NXT.
“I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, not a single soul asked me to come to NXT. It’s not like ‘Oh, she’s being asked to go down there because she’s trying to take someone’s spot.’ I said to Shawn ‘I want to work with Jaida because I see something in her that is so special.’
“She’s got this dog in her that I’m like, I’ve got to test the Nattie character out against her. I feel like – and I’ve said this before – I feel like she’s the female, kind of Jacob Fatu. She’s got this edge about her that’s very different from the other girls. And that’s not me saying anything negative about any of the other girls because I loved the match I had with Kendal, I loved the match I had with Thea Hail, and I loved the work I’ve done in NXT.
“But I see something so different in Jaida that I have not seen in a women in – I think of dog, I think of Rhea Ripley, I think of dog I think of Liv Morgan, I think of dog, I think of the baddest women in the history of the industry – and I see that Jaida.”

Nattie Doing Her Very Best To Spotlight The Next Generation
While this latest NXT run is Nattie’s first as her current character, the two time former world champion is far from a stranger to the brand, and working with WWE’s younger talent in general.
In mid 2025, Nattie – then Natalya – visited WWE Evolve to team with and then face off against current NXT star Kali Armstrong during her run as WWE Evolve Women’s Champion, with the younger star getting the better of the veteran.
The year before that in 2024 Nattie put over WWE Roxanne Perez and Lola Vice in singles matches in NXT, with Perez now a member of the Raw roster with Nattie, and Lola Vice confirmed this week to be joining her on the red brand also.
While Nattie has statedthat she wants another run as a champion in WWE, it’s clear – whether through her work in WWE, or in The Dungeon alongside husband TJ Wilson – that her passion is helping the next generation of wrestlers become the very best they can be.
