Nattie has revealed details of her conversation with Triple H when she signed her last WWE contract, with the veteran star outlining her goal to battle Sol Ruca for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
In July 2024, it was reported that Natalya had re-signed with the company following speculation regarding a potential departure.
In the time since then, Natalya rebranded herself as “The Lowkey Legend” Nattie – a grittier, no-nonsense character inspired by her training in The Dungeon.
Nattie’s rebranding was initially exclusively seen outside in her appearances outside of WWE at GCW Bloodsport, the NWA and Reality of Wrestling, but she would eventually introduce the character to WWE TV at the start of 2026.
While this change pleased fans and initially brought Nattie more success on WWE TV, she has yet to come too close to capturing her first piece of championship gold since 2021, when she and Tamina held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
Speaking with The A2theK Wrestling Show, Nattie revealed that winning another title was a goal of hers she outlined to Triple H upon signing her last WWE deal two years ago:
“Yeah, there’s a lot that I want to do. I want to be a champion again in WWE. There’s many championships that I have not won.
“And it’s funny because when I signed my new contract a couple years ago… I expressed very much that I have big dreams, big goals. And I told Triple H, I said ‘I want to write a book, I want to do big things.’ I said, ‘I have a very huge appetite for growing and in order to keep doing all this I have to keep growing.’ And I expressed very much that I wanted to be a champion again, and I’ve never ever lost that feeling. And that’s why I’ve never stopped being hungry.
“Prior to this, there wasn’t that Women’s IC Title and there wasn’t the Women’s US Championship. Those are two championships I would love to get my hands on. Because I think they’re special. When I think of the Men’s IC Title I think of Bret Hart, I think of Mr. Perfect, I think of the workhorses, Shawn Michaels, the workhorses of the men, legendary men that had that championship.”

Further discussing the Women’s Intercontinental Title, Nattie praised the woman currently holding the gold: Sol Ruca, and expressed her hope that they can engage in a feud on WWE TV:
“I think, ‘man, I would love to be an IC Champion.’ So I would love to start a fight with Sol Ruca. I think she is so cool and I think that she is so different and she kind of reminds me of Jeff Hardy, but like girl version.
“She’s got such an it factor to her and I think the one thing that she’s never, with her wrestling an her styles, her style is so different than mine. But I think I could see us making some magic in the ring and I would absolutely love to do a rivalry against her.
“She could bring her high-flying style to me and I could bring the grit from The Dungeon to her, and I think I could put her through her biggest test yet, especially as champion. She does have something I want very much.”

Nattie did eliminate former WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch from the 2026 Royal Rumble during her title run, but this never led to her receiving a shot at the gold afterwards.
Nattie has most recently been embroiled in a feud with WWE NXT’s Jaida Parker, and after defeating the upstart by submission on the June 16 episode of NXT, Nattie seemingly introduced a brand new faction alongside Nikkita Lyons and Karmen Petrovic.
