Former WWE Stars Unite For First Time Ever Tag Team

Two former WWE stars are teaming up together as a tag team for the first time ever on an upcoming show in Japan.

On August 4, 2023, the former Sarray will produce her second self-titled wrestling show, Sareee-ISM Chapter II at Shinjuku FACE in Tokyo.

Sareee signed with WWE in February 2020 and would be a popular wrestler on NXT until her departure in March 2023.

In May 2023, she delivered the first Sareee-ISM and was in the main event, facing Chihiro Hashimoto in a twenty minute match that would see the former WWE star lose.

On June 19, 2023, a press conference was held to announce the second Sareee-ISM show with another former WWE star joining Sareee.

Sareee-ISM Chapter II will see the titular star tag team with KAIRI to take on the team of SEAdLINNNG’s Arisa Nakajima and Marvelous’ Takumi Iroha.

Sareee and KAIRI will be teaming for the first time ever and be the main event for the show.

KAIRI was better known to WWE fans as Kairi Sane and signed with WWE in 2016.

During her time in WWE, KAIRI was an NXT Women’s Champion and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion with Asuka as the Kabuki Warriors.

She would leave WWE in December 2021 having also served as an ambassador for the company in Japan.
