A WWE star has addressed seven-time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady potentially competing in his first wrestling match.

With Tom Brady making headlines and a few enemies earlier this year when he called WWE “cute”, the former Patriots quarterback could potentially be set to make a true crossover to the world of pro wrestling for the first time.

After teasing his interest in a WWE stint during Fanatics Fest NYC, TMZ Sports reported that Brady and WWE were in negotiations about a potential future role.

Given all the recent noise, WWE star Alexa Bliss was asked for her thoughts on Brady joining the company whilst speaking with TMZ Sports.

While she’s all for the idea, she did issue a warning about the physical toll WWE can take on your body, even if you’re an experienced athlete. Bliss said:

“I think it’s always fun when someone comes into our world because then they learn how difficult it actually is and how intense it actually is.

“A lot of people who come from other backgrounds and everything, have amazing athletic ability. But nothing prepares your body for what goes on in WWE, especially my first day. My first day I was not prepared and it’s a rude awakening.”

Bliss was then asked whether would offer her services to help introduce Brady to WWE, to which she responded:

“There’s a bunch of people that are really awesome at that, especially in our world. Everyone’s pretty welcoming and everyone wants to stay safe.”

With Brady and WWE star Logan Paul going back-and-forth both online and in person throughout the year, many feel as if ‘The Maverick’ vs. NFL’s Greatest of All Time will be the match should Brady sign a deal with WWE.

Weighing on the possibility of Brady vs. Paul, Bliss said:

“Oh it’d be awesome. I’m always excited with anybody that comes into our world and because you learn a lot of respect for it and you learn how difficult it is.

“And to see people come in, people like Bad Bunny who came in and was so respectful, took it seriously, trained hard. Logan’s come in, he’s trained hard, there’s so many people that come in and embrace it and whenever anyone else comes into our world and fully embraces it it’s always fun.”

Brady and Paul’s ongoing feud reached a new level during Fanatics Fest, when the NFL legend slapped Paul whilst the pair were on stage.

Both men were separated immediately after Brady threw the slap, with New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns ushering Paul off the stage.
