WWE star and Judgment Day member JD McDonagh has addressed losing yet another match on last night’s March 25 episode of Raw.
Two weeks after losing to Ricochet in one segment of a gauntlet match, McDonagh had a chance to go 1-1 in a regular singles match, but it was Ricochet who scored the win again.
This means Ricochet is now 3-0 against Judgment Day members in three consecutive weeks – having beaten Dominik Mysterio in between the two wins over McDonagh – and McDonagh hasn’t won a singles match since February 12.
Taking to Twitter after the loss, McDonagh wrote:
Another loss. Tired of feeling like this.
Don’t even want to see Priest’s face tomorrow at breakfast. I KNOW.
Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest in particular have been growing more frustrated with McDonagh’s inability to get rid of their Ricochet problem, and while there was no follow-up on Raw, we can probably expect one next week.
McDonagh, Mysterio, Priest and Finn Balor all team up in an eight-man tag next week against New Day and DIY.
Priest and Balor will then defend the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship in a six-team ladder match at WrestleMania against New Day, DIY, Awesome Truth, New Catch Republic/Angel & Berto, and Austin Theory & Grayson Waller/The Street Profits.
Mysterio looks set to be involved in something with Legado Del Fantasma and the LWO including his father Rey Mysterio, Rhea Ripley defends her title against Becky Lynch, and McDonagh looks to be the odd one out without an actual Mania match.
