A WWE star has sent a heartfelt message of gratitude towards his fans after a title match loss on the February 9 episode of Monday Night Raw.
After earning the number one contender’s spot on Raw two week’s prior, last night’s Raw saw the Alpha Academy (Otis & Akira Tozawa) take on The Usos for WWE World Tag Team Championships.
In what was their first WWE World Tag Title Match since October 2024, Otis and Tozawa delivered a standout performance – with the Japanese star in particular receiving adulation from the Cleveland fans after “running it back” with consecutive suicide dives on both Jimmy and Jey Uso.
Unfortunately for the Alpha Academy however, they did not bring home the gold, but Tozawa was not to be deterred in his post match message on social media.
Taking to Twitter, Tozawa thanked the fans and looked ahead to “chasing another opportunity” in the future:
Let’s go chase another opportunity together again.
I’m always grateful for you guys.
Love you all so much!

After the match, Jimmy Uso pushed his brother Jey to earn his place in the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match on February 28, however, his qualifying match has not yet been officially announced.
While Jey’s spot in the Chamber is not yet guaranteed, LA Knight did qualify for the match on Raw by defeating Penta and The Vision’s Austin Theory in a three-way.
Let’s go chase another opportunity together again.
I’m always grateful for you guys.
Love you all so much!#WWERAW pic.twitter.com/vSg0tferbD— Akira Tozawa (@TozawaAkira) February 10, 2026
