Titus O’Neil WWE In-Ring Status Update

Following a lengthy absence from the company’s television, WWE star Titus O’Neil has shared an update on his in-ring status.

Titus O’Neil is a former recipient of the WWE Hall of Fame Warrior Award for his countless amount of charity work he’s done since becoming a star for the company in 2009.

Amidst his work as a WWE ambassador, O’Neil’s last match in the ring was back in November 2020 when he lost to Bobby Lashley in an United States Championship match.

Speaking with The Business of the Business, Titus O’Neil was asked about his current in-ring status. He answered:

“I do get the itch to get back in the ring. I love competing, I love entertaining, but as I said in previous interviews here recently, if there’s an opportunity that works well for me to do but I’m like literally getting ready to do two or three other film projects,”

“I’ve already (done) two film projects that’ll be coming out in 2025, I do desire to have a high level of success in Hollywood much like my fellow WWE stars that made that jump.”

O’Neil noted back in 2022 that he had a number of acting opportunities lined up amid his in-ring hiatus.

In addition to being a WWE Global Ambassador, the 2021 Hall of Fame Warrior Award recipient released a book in October called Wrestling with Fatherhood.

This book had been in the works for a while, with O’Neil first announcing that he was working on this project in May 2022.

In addition to all of this, O’Neil was featured on a song that was used for a notable WWE segment involving Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.
