WWE Star Prepared To Do Whatever It Takes To Become Champion Again

WWE star Roxanne Perez says she is prepared to do whatever it takes to become a champion again at NXT Vengeance Day 2024.

WWE NXT will present its next premium live event this Sunday, February 4 from Clarksville, Tennessee.

The event will see Lyra Valkyria defending the NXT Women’s Championship against former champion Roxanne Perez.

On the January 30 edition of WWE NXT, Perez defeated Tatum Paxley in singles action. Post match, Perez and Valkyria got into a confrontation, but it didn’t get physical.

Following the show, Roxanne Perez was interviewed in a WWE digital exclusive about her Royal Rumble appearance and upcoming title bout with Lyra Valkyria. On her Royal Rumble appearance, Roxanne said:

“That was amazing, Sarah. My second time being in the Royal Rumble and obviously I wanted to point at that sign and go to WrestleMania, but I will, I will. Right now, I’m more focus on becoming a two-time NXT Women’s Champion.”

On her showdown with Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Vengeance Day 2024, Perez stated:

“Well you saw what happened out there, right? That’s what happens when you stick your nose in my business. You end up laying flat on the ground looking up at the lights.”

“Lyra, I hope you saw that and realize that I’m not the same Roxanne Perez that’s just happy to be here. I’m the Roxanne Perez that’s coming with a vengeance and I promise you I will become the two-time NXT Women’s Champion.”
