On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, a star revealed why they turned on their tag team partner as the duo are officially done for good.
Set for an appearance on Noam Dar’s Super-Nova Sessions, Lola Vice was set to explain why she betrayed her friend and tag partner, Elektra Lopez.
Noting that Lola Vice was last week in a battle royal she didn’t even need to be in, ‘just to screw over her best friend’, Noam Dar was impressed by her pettiness.
Vice explained that she had no regrets for the messy breakup since the minute the pair linked up, they had an ‘expiration date’ to their friendship.
Noting that she doesn’t regret anything, she was happy to dump Elektra Lopez over the top rope to ditch the ‘deadweight’.
Of course Lopez emerged with a rebuttal and yes, it did include the word ‘bitch!’ as she noted that she has worked hard to get her opportunities, including mentioning Santos Escobar and Legado Del Fantasma by name.
La Madrina would then go for the jugular, telling Vice that she was a phony and only got her opportunity in WWE NXT by ‘shaking her ass on Instagram’.
She would go on to mock the fact that Lola Vice went from ‘auditioning for a Lifetime movie’ to ‘shadowboxing in a bikini’ online and becoming a pretend MMA fighter for attention.
While Lopez alluded to a match between the pair on next week’s show, she also was prepared to ‘burn Vice City to the ground right now’ as she tackled Lola Vice over the Super-Nova Sessions couch.
The segment ended with a pull apart brawl as the beleaguered NXT referee force had yet another fight to pull apart outside of in-ring action.
Earlier in the show, a match would not actually occur after the pair that were meant to settle their score in the ring ended up fighting their way to the ring, never even starting the match!
