WWE Star Seemingly Joining Faction

On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT (February 27) it seemed as though a star is planned to join an existing faction.

After Dijak beat Luca Crusifino in a match tonight, the notoriously violent Dijak not only got a surprise visit from his abduction victim from last week, Joe Gacy, but there was also an interesting tease.

As Dijak was focused on Gacy, Crusifino attacked Dijak with a crowbar that had been hidden at the corner of the ring near the stairs – a signature move throughout the past few years of Tony D’Angelo and the D’Angelo Family.

Shown backstage immediately after, Tony D was shown telling Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo to ‘go get’ Crusifino but then changing his mind.

It certainly seemed as though Luca Crusifino was getting scouted to join Tony D’Angelo’s Family, which had also been teased last week.

It would later prove to be a big night for Tony D’Angelo as he crashed the contract signing between Carmelo Hayes and Ilja Dragunov.

Demonstrating his sway, he dismissed the ‘security’ that Melo had arranged for himself.

Tony D’Angelo ended the night with a planned match against Carmelo Hayes for next week’s special edition of NXT called Roadblock.

The winner of which will move on to face Ilja Dragnov at WrestleMania weekend’s big NXT event, Stand & Deliver.
