WWE star Xavier Woods says Imperium “pissed off the wrong ones” following their confrontation with The New Day and Jey Uso.
On the February 5 edition of WWE Raw, GUNTHER celebrated 600 days as Intercontinental Champion with Imperium.
However, this segment was interrupted by Jey Uso, who set his sights on GUNTHER’s gold in a heated segment that came to blows.
After Imperium jumped Uso, The New Day came out to even the odds and make the save for their friend. This led to a six-man tag team match being made for next Monday’s February 12 episode of Raw.
On February 6, The New Day’s Xavier Woods took to social media to post a picture of himself, Kofi Kingston and Jey Uso in the ring after the segment. He wrote:
Imperium pissed off the wrong ones…
It remains to be seen when and if Jey Uso will challenge GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Championship at the time of this writing.
