WWE Tournament Final Revealed For ‘New Years Knockout Week’ WWE

A WWE tournament final has been revealed for the upcoming New Years Evil edition of NXT set for WWE’s New Years Knockout Week.

During WWE’s inaugural televised ‘New Year’s Knockout Week’ featuring special New Years editions of live shows across WWE programming, the NXT Breakout Men’s Tournament final.

On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT (December 26) the two finalists were revealed after the semi-finals took place, seeing Riley Osborne ultimately victorious over Lexis King.

While Lexis King was never supposed to be in the tournament in the first place, the man that he knocked out of competition, Trey Bearhill, appeared during the match to stare menacingly at King, teasing the potential next feud for the ‘Drama King’ of NXT.

Elsewhere, Oba Femi beat Tavion Heights after a hard fought battle which saw impressive offense from both men.

Also confirmed for WWE NXT New Year’s Evil, the NXT Championship match between Ilja Draguov and Trick Williams.

Despite the injury angle the aired that saw some fan fervor after art reflected life as in storyline, Ridge Holland ‘injured’ champ Ilja Dragunov, leaving his future in uncertainty leading into the big match at New Years Evil.

The last match of the show featured Eddy Thorpe bested Dijak in the second ever NXT Underground match.
