Several WWE stars have pitched a big match for WrestleMania 40 with the stars seemingly set to miss the show.

Bronson Reed is currently not announced to compete at WrestleMania 40 in April.

The Australian star recently lost an opportunity to challenge for Gunther’s Intercontinental Championship, losing in the Gauntlet match on the March 11 Raw episode, which determined the Ring General’s WrestleMania challenger to be Sami Zayn.

Bronson Reed has now taken to Twitter to pitch a ‘Meaty Invitational’ match, so that a number of heavyweight stars can make it onto the WrestleMania card.

Suggesting that this match could honor Big E, who famously coined the term “big meaty men slapping meat”, Reed wrote:

There are some BIG brothers currently not on this year’s #WrestleMania , I think its time for @WWEBigE MEATY INVITATIONAL!

If you, the WWE universe want it, let your voice be heard!!! #MEATMANIA

Otis shared Bronson Reed’s tweet, confirming that he’d be interested in #MeatMania.

Ivar of the Viking Raiders has also commented on this potential match, tweeting:

While numerous stars won’t be in action at WrestleMania, several top names will be pulling double duty across the two night event, including Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

Not only will Reigns defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Rhodes, and Rollins defend his World Heavyweight Title against Drew McIntyre on night two, they’ll also be involved in a big tag-team match on night one, with Reigns and The Rock set to face off against Rollins and Rhodes.
