Pay per views were once one of the biggest revenue generators for WWE. Since 2014, pay per view has been largely phased out as a result of the introduction of the WWE network. However, in the years prior, buyrates were one of the biggest indicators of the company’s success.

Here are the buyrates for nearly every WWE pay per view ever. Please note, many of these numbers are approximate as a number of factors go into determining a precise number of buyers.

Following the Elimination Chamber 2014 pay per view, WWE launched the WWE Network and changed how these shows were watched forever. While other countries would slowly get access to the streaming service over the following years, this was effectively the end of the pay per view system in WWE.
