…as her fellow SmackDown Live wrestler Samoa Joe . Joe’s feud with AJ Styles levelled up at SummerSlam, which he followed by calling out AJ’s wife on last week’s SmackDown. Ooooooh Wendy!

If WWE’s other storylines are anything to go by, we’ll have a mixed tag match between Joe , AJ and their respective wives before the year’s out.

Thankfully, as WWE always listens to their fans, it looks like Joe’s recent performances haven’t gone unnoticed, as Rajah are reporting a number of people backstage are raving about his “tremendous yet underrated”  mic skills, and that there are several people backing him to get the title. Apparently, at one point, WWE were even considering putting the belt on Joe at SummerSlam.

Rajah add that Joe was specifically moved from Raw to SmackDown earlier this year so he could become a main event player, as he was getting lost in the shuffle on Raw.
