Injuries are a common part of professional wrestling, and this week, R-Truth has opened up about what kept him away from the squared circle for so long. Unlike others, the rapper didn’t do it in an interview; instead he did it with pictures.

The images of his shoulder resemble that from a horror movie, while the resultant depiction of what was removed from his joint – described as ‘floating bone’ – are equally horrific. One cannot begin to imagine the pain and discomfort Truth was in.
Apart from his bout this week with Samoa Joe and an appearance in the Greatest Royal Rumble, the star has not competed since last August when he left the promotion to undergo surgery.
