With WWE‘s first-ever all-women’s pay-per-view, WWE Evolution, taking place on October 28, the promotion is pulling out all the stops to ensure the event is one to remember. Legends such as Trish Stratus and Lita are already in the books to compete as well as the likes of Torrie Wilson who will no doubt at least be there to jump over the top rope in the first five minutes of the show.
According to PWInsider.com, however, more names are still being added from the prestigious back catalog of women’s wrestling in WWE. In their latest report, Hall of Famer Ivory has also joined the fray.
On top of that, former WWE Women’s and Hardcore Champion (as well as superhero sidekick to the Hurricane) Molly Holly will also make the card. On a side note, Mighty Molly’s frying pan means more to me than Triple H’s sledgehammer.
There is no word yet on what sort of roles the two industry legends will play throughout the event but, at a guess, they will simply fill up the bodies in the Number One Contender’s Battle Royal.
