Shayna Bazsler has regained the NXT Women’s Championship in controversial fashion by defeating champion Kairi Sane at WWE Evolution.
In what was a very good match, Baszler was thrown over the barricade and straight onto Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke, two of Baszler’s fellow four horsewomen.
Both Shafir and Duke distracted Sane, with the latter kicking her in the face, which allowed Baszler to lock in the Kirifuda clutch.

Despite a desperate struggled, Sane was unable to break free, and eventually faded, leaving the referee no choice but to call for the bell.
This makes Baszler a two-time champion, and also makes Sane the NXT women’s champion with the shortest reign.
It was a surprising result, as many believed Shayna was heading to the main roster at any moment.
Does this mean that Sane will be the one who gets the call up, or is this just the start of the four horsewoman stable in WWE?
