According to PWInsider, Bray Wyatt is “very close” to an in-ring return and is awaiting medical clearance, which is expected to be granted soon.
Wyatt was taken off television in September following the dissolution of his team with Matt Hardy missed over two months of action. He returned at Starrcade to defeat Baron Corbin then spent another month off before returning to live events over Christmas and defeating Corbin again.
Wyatt has not yet wrestled in 2019 due to various injuries, with his last match taking place on December 30. He was expected to be part of the Royal Rumble but did not appear. When questioned about it on Twitter, Wyatt implied that his return was imminent.
Two weeks ago, Wyatt posted a picture of himself with the WWE Championship belt, writing a letter seemingly intended for Daniel Bryan that was actually a statement of his intentions to get the title back:
Dear old friend,
I LOVE your new stuff!
I missed you too
See you around

The addition of Rowan to Daniel Bryan’s act and the expected return of Harper shortly has led to talk of a Wyatt Family reunion on SmackDown with Daniel Bryan as part of the group, the same angle WWE tried and spectacularly failed with in 2014.
Wyatt is also set to appear in a new WWE Studios feature film on Netflix called The Main Event, starring alongside John Cena, Sheamus and The Miz.
