Former Smackdown Tag Team Champion Harper released a statement on his Twitter tonight where he revealed that he had officially requested his release from the company. That has been quickly followed by a cryptic message from fellow Smackdown star Alexander Wolfe, with some suggesting he too might have just quit the company.

He took to Twitter to follow up a tweet from Killian Dain who confirmed SAniTy was no more after the group’s leader, Eric Young, moved to Raw in the Superstar Shake-Up last night. The former NXT Tag Team Champion would then go on to say “Thank you to the entire SD locker room… It’s time to leave this behind and walk a different path”. He then finished up his statement with the line “Goodbye #WWE”.
This led to some suggesting that Wolfe had just quit the company, however, nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet. However, Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that his sources have suggested that Wolfe could simply be on his way back to NXT, explaining why he has said “goodbye” to WWE.
We will bring you more information on the situation once it becomes available.
