Just as we thought the dust had settled and the Superstar Shakeup was over, another tag team moved from Smackdown to Raw on last night’s episode. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, former Raw Tag Team Champions, made the switch to the red brand on last night’s show, taking on The Usos, who themselves just moved to Smackdown two weeks prior.
Whilst Raw’s tag division is now stacked with the likes of The Usos, The Good Brothers, The Revival and The Viking Raiders, Smackdown’s division does not look so healthy. The Hardy Boyz are the current champions, with really only Heavy Machinery and the Shinsuke Nakamura & Rusev to face.
However, WWE is advertising that The Hardy Boyz will address their future on Smackdown after it was revealed that Jeff Hardy is injured. Perhaps Smackdown’s tag team division will become even weaker tonight if Jeff announces that he will be out of action for some time.
The move also means that WWE fans have been robbed of the chances of seeing a Balor Club with Finn now on Smackdown but the Good Brothers on Raw.
