Brock Lesnar made a surprise appearance at Money In The Bank nearly two weeks ago to win the men’s ladder match. He then appeared on Raw the following night, as well as the next week to tease cash-ins on Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins. This means that Lesnar appeared an unprecedented three times in eight days on WWE TV.
According to Paul Heyman, we will be seeing far more of his client this year than we did in 2018. Speaking to TVInsider.com before Raw, Heyman had the following to say about Lesnar’s current WWE schedule:
“I think you’ve already seen more of Brock Lesnar than I think people had any right to expect by the middle of May. Certainly, nobody called this shot. Since Brock Lesnar is about to announce the title he is going to focus on, I think you’re going to see more of Brock Lesnar in 2019 than you did in 2018. How much more? Again, why spoil the surprise?”
It wouldn’t be hard for Lesnar to appear more this year than he did last. In 2018 “The Beast” wrestled just six matches on TV, five of which has the Universal Championship on the line. By comparison, he has already wrestled three in five months this year.
