The 24/7 Title has become arguably the most popular part of WWE programming as of late, and the shenanigans continued on Raw tonight.
Early in the show, champion R-Truth was a special guest on Miz TV. Former champion Drake Maverick soon came out – who Truth beat at Drake’s own wedding to regain the title this past Thursday – and a match was soon made (yes, an actual sanctioned one-on-one match) between the two for the title, with no-one else allowed at ringside
Truth won in about 10 seconds to retain.
After the bell rang though, the 24/7 crew, you know, EC3, Eric Young, Cedric Alexander etc., all came out to chase Truth away, leaving poor Drake crying in the ring.
Fast forward to later in the show, and Heath Slater was set for a match with Mojo Rawley. It turns out Truth must have left his SatNav at home because he ran back out to the ring, with everyone following him.
A brawl broke out, and it was actually Slater himself who won the title with a neckbreaker to Truth.
The madness didn’t stop there though, as Truth managed to get the title back seconds later.
It was then Cedric Alexander’s turn to add his name to the roll of honor with a Lumbar Check, but EC3 landed a One Percenter on the outside for a count of three.

With EC3 champion at this point, Carmella ran out, distracted him on the ramp, and Truth rolled him up getting his title back for a second time and eventually escaping yet again.
Long may this continue.
