According to reports from the Wrestling Observer, last night’s Raw Reunion had to be re-written for many segments because a number of stars weren’t cleared to take bumps.
Who’d have thought it? If you bring a truckload of pensioners in for a wrestling show, some of them may not be all that fit to wrestle.
There has not been any specific word on which segments were canned, but it’s safe to assume that some jobbers were going to be mauled by some of the legends to make sure no-one gets over and a cheap pop.
Amazing what can happen when you suddenly announce that nearly 50 former stars for a Raw Reunion who haven’t wrestled in decades will be returning just two weeks ahead of time.
