On WWE Raw, Rey Mysterio came out to cut a promo about his WWE Universal Title Match later tonight against Seth Rollins. Mysterio thanked his son Dominik for helping motivate him to achieve number 1 contender status.
Just as Rey was thanking his son, Brock Lesnar’s music hit. Lesnar and Heyman made their way to the ring and snatched the microphone out of Rey’s hands.
However, before Heyman could launch into his usual schtick, Rey grabbed the mic back. That appears to have been a bad decision.

Lesnar delivered a couple of F-5’s to Mysterio. He then turned his attention to Dominic.
While sitting ringside, Dominik just sat down as Lesnar approached. He probably should have just run.

Lesnar tossed him over the barricade and slammed him on the outside. Brock continued the attack on the WWE legend and his son.
Lesnar delivered multiple F-5’s and suplexes to both guys. Dominik was then stretchered to the back and I’m sure a local medical facility.
Due to the injury to his son and the beating he took, it might mean Universal Title Match is in question. The commentary team made no mention of the angle affecting the match.
However, it would seem like a father would want to accompany his son to the hospital. Sirens were heard during the Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss match.
It was then mentioned on commentary that Brock Lesnar was being questioned by authorities for the attack on Dominik. We’ll have more coverage as Raw continues tonight.
