Survivor Series 2019 is just under three weeks away and so far we have three matches booked for the show which will include NXT stars for the first time ever.
So far we know that Brock Lesnar will face Rey Mysterio for the WWE Championship, Bayley, Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler will do battle in a women’s champions triple threat, and Viking Raiders, The Revival and Undisputed Era will face off in a tag three-way.
As for the rest of the card, it is thought that there will be another triple threat match between the secondary champions, which would mean Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura, United States Champion AJ Styles, and NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong.
However, Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that one of the three may well not be champion by the time Survivor Series comes around, so be on the lookout for that.
He also noted that there is a plan to have a blow off to the Bobby Lashley vs. Rusev feud at the show, although Lana’s involvement was not specified. Perhaps she’ll be in a briefcase above the ring.
We still have five more shows to go before Survivor Series and plenty of matches to be made, assuming they aren’t going to copy their tactic for Hell in a Cell and not tell us the matches until the show had started.
