In the early hours of the morning, Scott Dawson of The Revival sent out a tweet stating that he would be “taking some time away”, not coming back until he had “everything figured out”.
Automatically, many people assumed that The Revival would be taking a break from WWE until they had decided whether or not they would accept the big-money deals that had been offered to them to stop them leaving for AEW.
Guys, it’s time to go away for a while until we get everything figured out. See ya soon. #FTR

However, Dawson has now apologised for the vague nature of his tweet, confirming that the duo WILL NOT be taking a break from WWE.
Instead, the former Raw, SmackDown and NXT Tag Team Champion has said that he will be taking a break from social media.
I’ve had many friends & fans ask me about this. I should’ve clarified, I’m taking a break from social media. I apologize for that vague tweet, but I do appreciate EVERYONE’S support. Everything I do is for my family. I only want the best for them. They’re my #1.
Thank you.#FTR https://t.co/w0R0qYlRte

While the duo might not be taking time away from WWE right now, they might not be WWE wrestlers for much longer as they have filed to trademark a possible post-WWE tag team name.
