If next week’s show wasn’t stacked already, a title match was added to the February 19, 2020 edition of AEW: Dynamite. We already knew Cody would face Wardlow in a Steel Cage.
This was one of the conditions he had to meet in order to face MJF. The other two were the whipping he took last week and not touching MJF prior to the pay-per-view.
We also already knew about a tag team battle royal. The winner of that match will get a tag team title match at AEW: Revolution.

However, who’ll they be facing could change. It was announced that Kenny Omega and Hangman Page will be facing The Lucha Bros on next week’s show.
I mean that’s pay-per-view quality tag team matches in back to back weeks for Omega and Page. All signs to this being a short-lived tag team. I guess they are getting in all the must-see matches before the duo breaks up.
Of course, the team has been getting so over with the fans, AEW could adjust and keep them together for a while.
One other match was announced for next week. It had a surprising name in it.
It was announced that Jeff Cobb will be facing John Moxley on next week’s show. He debuted at the end of AEW: Dynamite tonight attacking Moxley and apparently joining The Inner Circle.

Hopefully, we’ll be able to find out more about Cobb’s contract. Cobb appeared in ROH over the weekend and won a match to set up a tag team title match.
This could be the first wrestler who is able to wrestle for both companies. Cobb had been working on a per appearance basis for ROH. Maybe he’s worked out a deal to wrestle for both.
However, based on the fact it looks like he joined Inner Circle and they had a fancy new video for him, it appears he’s probably sticking around.
