Botches Of The Week (May 3, 2020)

1. Firing Blanks

It was HHH’s 25th Anniversary last week so we were treated to a lovely montage of his best moments.

Including when they invaded Nitro with a tank jeep and the canon didn’t fire because BlueChew hadn’t been invented yet.

2. Power Bumble

Myself and the great Richard Land teamed up to attempt to figure out how this clip is online and where it originally came from.

On the original airing of the Raw After Mania 1995, Sid turned on HBK and then the show went to a break with Michaels left laying and Diesel made the save.

The reason being: Sid completely bungled the powerbomb (twice!) and McMahon’s instructions could be heard over the commentary.

Every other airing on the C-Shows showed an edited version to cover for Sid’s horrible moves so where this clip came from remains a mystery.

Here’s an episode of Superstars that somehow got the timing wrong on the mandatory commercials so Ted DiBiase got into a fight with Tales From The Hood.
