The June 1, 2020 episode of WWE Raw on the USA Network saw a rather unique title change take place during the third hour of the show.
R-Truth has won his baby back as he rolled up Rob Gronkowski to reclaim the WWE 24/7 Championship.
Instead of trying to explain how the segment went, I’ll just leave the clip here and warn you that it’s a little bit silly:
WE HAVE A NEW #247CHAMPION AND HIS NAME IS @RonKillings!!!@RobGronkowski didn't see THAT coming! 😲😂#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/e8uWkbQsLS

It was revealed in April that Gronkowski had made his return to the NFL after signing with WWE only a month earlier. His new contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers prevents him from engaging in any physical activity other than football that could result in injury, which essentially wrote off his WWE career before it had even started.
Gronk had held the title since April’s WrestleMania 36 event as he took it from his friend Mojo Rawley in a big schmoz. This marks Truth’s 36th reign with the strap.
