MVP has taken to social media to address rumours regarding the status of his role within WWE which surfaced earlier this week.
It had been reported by PWInsider that MVP was no longer working as a backstage producer for WWE, and instead has shifted into becoming a full-time performer.
This came after his on-screen presence has become a lot more prominent as the manager of Bobby Lashley and wrestling several times over the last few weeks.
However, the former United States Champion posted the following to Instagram, seemingly shooting down the rumour:

MVP returned to WWE earlier this year, first in the men’s Royal Rumble match and then wrestling Rey Mysterio the next night on Raw. At the time, he said that was his last match, and he signed with WWE as a backstage producer.
However, since the Mysterio bout, he’s had five further matches, including one which aired on Raw this past Monday against Drew McIntyre. He’s also been involved in several interview segments and, as mentioned, most recently has become the manager of Bobby Lashley.
