On his Saturday Night Special live stream over the weekend, Chris Jericho announced that a former WWE star would be making their AEW debut over the coming weeks.
However, this debut certainly wasn’t the only bit of newsworthy information to come out of Chris Jericho’s YouTube live stream on Saturday evening.
When asked on his show about which people he’d like to see join AEW, Chris Jericho have five names, one of which is a huge WWE star and multi-time World Champion within the company.
Along with Don Callis, Cesaro and NJPW stars Kota Ibushi and Will Ospreay, Jericho said that he’d like to see Roman Reigns leave WWE and join AEW.
Jericho may want Roman Reigns in AEW, but for what it’s worth, I don’t think there is any chance that we’ll ever see Vince McMahon let Reigns leave the promotion.
Roman Reigns has been Vince McMahon’s boy for five years now, and he’d rather give up his right arm before he lets the former WWE Champion leave for AEW.
