WrestleTalk is providing live coverage of AEW: Dynamite. The August 5, 2020 show will have the largest tag match in AEW history. Literally. It’s a 12 man tag with 6 people on each side. We’re also getting a debate between Cassidy and Jericho.
Here’s what is advertised for the show:
- Darby Allin vs. Jon Moxley for the AEW Championship
- 12 Man Tag – The Young Bucks, Omega and Page, and FTR vs. The Dark Order (Brodie Lee, Colt Cabana, Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, 5, and another guy)
- Cody and Matt Cardona vs. The Dark Order (Reynolds and Silver)
- Big Swole vs. Britt Baker’s Chosen Opponent
- The Jericho/Cassidy Debate
- Best Friends v Santana/Ortiz
- Follow Up from MJF’s Speech
It seems like every week AEW is putting out very interesting cards, but still keeping plenty of stuff left on the table. We’ve barely seen the Lucha Bros. Santana and Ortiz haven’t been pushed heavily as a threat in the tag team. PAC is stuck overseas. If they figure out their women’s division beyond Baker/Swole, they’ll be in pretty good shape.
