Some new informaion has come to light regarding the setup of the WWE creative team after a number of changes have been rumoured recently.
In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that, depsite his role as executive director of both Raw and SmackDown, Bruce Prichard isn’t the main driving force behind WWE creative.
That role is actually filled by Ed Koskey, whereas Prichard basically just makes sure everything is done how Vince McMahon wants it done.
It’s also said that Prichard communicates with the USA Network and FOX, although Kevin Dunn has started doing that, and Nick Khan could end up doing it too.
There have also been rumours recently that Shane McMahon could be set to take over as executive director of Raw.
Meltzer wrote on the Wrestling Observer forum: “Regarding Shane, after asking around, can’t say no 100% because Vince does keep things quiet and only he and Paul Levesque and maybe Bruce would know, but of those asked, none believed the story”.
