A new update has been provided regarding the status of former AEW star Kylie Rae with IMPACT Wrestling after she missed Bound For Glory.
Rae was originally going to be challenging Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts Championship this past Saturday, but wasn’t at the show for reasons unknown. Purrazzo instead defended against Su Yung, who actually beat her to win the strap.
Fightful Select is now reporting that there is said to be no bad blood from IMPACT and the promotion remains hopeful Rae will make a return.
It was noted that the promotion is leaving storyline openings for Rae to re-enter, but isn’t pressuring her into doing so.
The report adds that none of the talent Fightful had spoken to had heard from Rae as of Tuesday morning.
IMPACT’s next tapings are November 17-20 and WrestleTalk.com will keep you posted with any further updates as they become available.
