Who Will Face Roman Reigns At WWE Elimination Chamber?

Roman Reigns promised to make a blockbuster announcement on Tonight’s SmackDown. While an announcement was made it actually came from Paul Heyman.

During an angle with Adam Pearce, Reigns and Heyman were able to dictate to Pearce that Roman’s contract states he doesn’t actually have to defend his title inside the steel chamber, but just at the pay-per-view. This means SmackDown will hold an Elimination Chamber match in which the winner will get to face Roman Reigns later that night.

4 of the men will have to qualify for the match. Two other men were able to get put in the match without qualifying.

The first is none other than Kevin Owens. Owens faced Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble.

The other man who doesn’t have to qualify is Jey Uso. Jey Uso face Roman in the Hell in the Cell last year.

The first qualifying match was a tag team match where both members of the winning team get a spot in the match. Rey Mysterio and Dominik faced off with Sami Zayn and King Corbin. Sami Zayn and King Corbin win and qualify for the match.

The other qualifying match is Daniel Bryan and Cesaro vs. Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler. Cesaro and Bryan win to qualify for the Chamber and that’s the 6 competitors.
