In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer has revealed that NWA Women’s Champion Serena Deeb is out of action right now after undergoing knee surgery.
Meltzer did not reveal the severity Deeb’s injury or how long the former WWE Superstar is expected to be out of the ring for:

Serena Deeb’s last match with AEW was a first-round match in the AEW Women’s Eliminator tournament, which she lost to former AEW Women’s World Champion Riho.
