The backstage reaction to the Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa Light’s Out match has been revealed in a recent AEW video.
On AEW Dynamite, Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa closed the show with a brutal street-fight. Featuring thumbtacks, chairs and ladders, this show treated (or traumatised) us with many iconic visuals.
According to Tony Khan, this match was one of the best things he’s seen on TV. AEW have uploaded a video to YouTube following the aftermath of this brutal match.
After the show went off the air, Britt Baker was applauded by everyone at ringside. Kenny Omega and Tony Khan greeted Baker as she exited the arena, and Khan couldn’t stop praising the competitor for her efforts.

“This is one of the best shows we’ve ever done, and thanks to your main event. What a main event. You know what? That was one of the best things I’ve ever seen on TV. Thank you. Hey, I told you this was going to be good.
(Taking Baker aside) “That was one of the best f**king things we’ve ever seen, thank you so much. You’re awesome. You’re awesome.
“It’s going to be in the books as a special show, you know? It’s eligible for show of the year and everything.”
The video also showed the reaction of talent backstage as Thunder Rosa left the ringside area. Receiving a standing ovation from the AEW locker room, Rosa was grabbed by Hikaru Shida, who gave her friend a hug.
