It appears that two current WWE Raw stars are pretty interested in forming a tag team with each other on the red brand soon.
Speaking on WWE The Bump recently, former United States Champion Riddle stated that he wants to team up with R-Truth to go after the Raw Tag Team Championship.
On a later episode of the show, Truth was told about this and replied: “I am down with that!”, implying he thinks the idea is a good one.
Given Truth’s longevity and reports about Riddle, Vince McMahon seems to be a fan of these two, and in particular their comedy, which could be a way to bring them together.
But as we all know, just because Vince likes something doesn’t mean it’s actually going to be any good, so whether this duo would work remains to be seen.
The Raw Tag Team Championship changed hands at WrestleMania 37 last weekend with AJ Styles and Omos beating the New Day on night one.
Riddle dropped the US Title to Sheamus on night two of ‘Mania, and Truth is currently the 24/7 Champion, in what is now his 51st reign.
