Despite fans being allowed in attendance for both nights of WrestleMania 37, it will be a while still before fans are permitted at live events consistently.
During the WWE’s first-quarter earnings call today it was said that the company does not anticipate a return for fans until the second half of 2021. This was quoted and reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.

It does need to be mentioned that with May less than ten days away, the second half of 2021 is right around the corner. Technically speaking, July would mark the start of the second half of the year. That doesn’t mean July is when fans may return but it can serve as the earliest date possible.
Besides WrestleMania, the last time WWE allowed a paying crowd for a main roster show was the March 9, 2020 edition of Raw.
