Popular NXT star Adam Cole will return to The Gold Brand this week, in the aftermath of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.
During WrestleMania week, Kyle O’Reilly defeated Adam Cole in a brutal unsanctioned match. While O’Reilly has appeared on NXT TV since, we’re yet to hear from Cole.
NXT has now announced that Cole will address his future following NXT TakeOver. He will have a sit-down interview with Arash Markazi. This segment was announced by NXT on Twitter:
Hear from @AdamColePro for the first since a brutal #NXTTakeover: Stand & Deliver. Cole sits down with sports journalist @ArashMarkazi this Tuesday on #WWENXT at 8/7 C on @USA_Network. https://t.co/a7CP2ZXF39 pic.twitter.com/g9GTqP0vHq

With Roderick Strong leaving NXT and O’Reilly setting his sights elsewhere, the landscape of NXT has truly changed. It will be interesting to see what Cole does next, without The Undisputed Era. O’Reilly recently revealed who backstage decided to break up the iconic faction.
Also set for Tuesday’s show, Bronson Reed faces Austin Theory. If Reed wins, he gets another North American Championship match against Johnny Gargano.
On the most recent episode of NXT, the story between Dexter Lumis and The Way received another installment. WWE has filed for a new trademark, seemingly related to this NXT story.
