COVID-19 has affected a number of wrestlers since the start of the pandemic and now New Japan Pro Wrestling star Juice Robinson has revealed he was one of them.
While speaking with Matt Rehwoldt (FKA Aiden English) on Straight Shootin, Robinson revealed he had the virus in January. He did note that he didn’t feel that bad and will be getting the vaccine as soon as he can. Here is the quote, courtesy of Fightful:
“I had COVID in January. It was not bad at all, luckily. I didn’t feel it for like three days. I was told for like six months that I’m pretty much immune. I will get the vaccine as soon as I can. I was in [the United States]. I came home, got COVID, and just laid in my apartment,”
Juice Robinson is currently one half of the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champions alongside David Finlay. The two defended their titles against The Good Brothers last night at IMPACT Rebellion.
From everyone at WrestleTalk, we are glad Juice Robinson has recovered and hope he is able to remain healthy.
